Jaribu Hill is an attorney and nonprofit executive with extensive experience in organizational leadership, legal strategy, and program development. She currently serves as Executive Director of the Mississippi Workers’ Center for Human Rights, where she oversees organizational operations, legal services, training initiatives, and strategic planning related to workforce and employment matters.

Ms. Hill’s professional background includes senior leadership roles in nonprofit legal organizations, where she managed litigation strategy, staff development, and regional operations. Her experience spans legal education, policy analysis, and program oversight within organizations focused on employment, housing, and community-based legal services.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Hill held fellowships and leadership positions with national legal and nonprofit institutions, contributing to research, education, and program development related to legal access and system operations. She has also directed regional nonprofit offices and supported multi-state initiatives requiring coordination across legal, academic, and community partners.

In addition to her legal and executive work, Ms. Hill has been involved in cultural and creative projects, including music composition and performance, reflecting a long-standing engagement with the arts.
