STRONG ARMS OF JXN: CREDIBLE MESSENGER INITIATIVE

This initiative is based on the principle that effective mentorship and support are strengthened by relevant experience, training, and familiarity with local conditions. Individuals who understand community dynamics and service systems can provide practical guidance, structure, and support to program participants.

Through a structured planning and assessment process, PAI supported the development of Strong Arms of JXN, an initiative focused on training, mentoring, and resourcing local leaders and service providers. The program emphasizes skill development, coordination with existing services, and the delivery of practical tools that support safety, stability, and positive outcomes for individuals, families, and neighborhoods.
